  This was our very first property purchase and we were thoroughly bewildered by the whole process. Upon engaging Bottrills the process gained an immediate, reassuring clarity, given by their helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bottrills were very quick to respond to all queries, and given that we are inexperienced buyers, these came thick and fast. But it was clear by their responses that they consider that there is no such thing as a silly question. It was very reassuring. The whole process was as stress-free as we could have possibly hoped - we never had to make a phone call to chase them up, we never had to send continual reminders. In the meantime, every stage was processed efficiently, and logged effectively. Adding to this, the whole team involved in our transaction were kind and courteous. We're very impressed and would look no further than Bottrils if we were to make another property purchase in the future. Highly, highly recommended.
